Privacy Policy

Cash For Unwanted Car Removal ("we", "us", "our") operates https://myurbantow.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why, and how it's handled. We keep this deliberately plain — it describes exactly what this site actually does, nothing more.

Information we collect

We collect information only when you give it to us directly, through:

• Quote request forms (homepage and contact page): name, phone number, email address (contact page only), suburb, vehicle make/model, and an optional description.
• Customer reviews: your name, email address, star rating, and review text. Your email address is never shown publicly — it's kept privately so we can follow up if needed.

We don't use cookies to track you around other websites, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use it

• To respond to your quote request and arrange vehicle pickup and payment.
• To follow up with you about a submitted review if needed.
• To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this site (see Analytics below) — we don't use this to identify individual visitors.

Where your information is stored

Form submissions and reviews are stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service. Access is restricted to authorized staff of Cash For Unwanted Car Removal through a password-protected admin system. We do not share this data with any other third party.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic and which pages are useful to visitors — things like page views and general location (city-level, not precise). This data is aggregated and not linked to your name or contact details. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by contacting us using the details below.
